1,Project Background & Challenges

1>The customer wanted to charged the system with two methods,either via the dedicated solar panel (MPPT integrated) or via mains power using an adapter.
2>They also want the system to be able to communicate with the lithium batteries’ BMS,reading status of the battery meaning,such as SoC,healthy status,cycle lifes...
3>The system can stably supply power to most of the consuming devices in the market,including laptops,tablets,phones,toys,drones,electric shavers,beauty devices,massagers ,portable ice maker,portable fan,neck fan etc..
2,Our solution & Implementation
1>Define the electrical parameters,including input power from solar panels and mains power,li ion battery 18650 configuration,output connector type,communication method,display and certification requirements.
2>Tailor the controller solution by designing MPPT schematic and layout,AC-DC charging circuit,DC-DC output,MCU controller.
3>Tailor The 24v lithium ion battery BMS which features with avoiding over-charging,over-discharging,over-current and short circuit,reading status of the deep cycle li ion battery and communicating with the main controller.
4>Build mock-up sample to verify the design and do compatibility test between controller and deep cycle lithium battery BMS.
5>Optimized the design and pilot run for the first batch.
